When you book your stay, you can pay the rental rate upfront or choose a payment plan. It is important to note that payment plans are non-refundable if you need to cancel your trip for any reason. However, if you cancel your booking more than 31 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund if you have paid the entire balance. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your arrival date, your payment will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty, and you will not be eligible for a refund. You are required to wear an ID bracelet for your stay. If you lose your bracelet, a penalty may be charged at the end of your visit. Additional charges may apply for reissued bracelets. An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age at all times. No pets are allowed on the premises. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the resort. A cleaning fee may be charged to noncompliant guests. No unauthorized parties are allowed in the suites or penthouses. Special events, such as birthday parties and weddings, can be requested via our Event Request form. For in-room gatherings, please inform the front desk of any visitors who will need to be signed in.
