It is important to note that payment plans are non-refundable if you need to cancel your trip for any reason. However, if you cancel your booking more than 31 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund if you have paid the entire balance. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your arrival date, your payment will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty, and you will not be eligible for a refund. For a later check-out time, a 24-hour notice in advance is required. All wristbands and room keys must be returned to reception at check-out, or additional fees may be applied. You are required to wear an ID bracelet during your stay. If you lose your bracelet, a penalty may be charged at the end of your visit. Additional charges may apply for reissued bracelets. Children under 16 are not permitted to be alone in the fitness center, the pool area, or on the beach and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets are allowed on the premises. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the resort. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to noncompliant guests. No unauthorized parties are allowed in the studios and suites. Special events, such as birthday parties and weddings, can be requested via the Event Request form. For in-room gatherings, please inform the front desk of any visitors who will need to be signed in.
