It's important to note that payment plans are non-refundable if you need to cancel your trip for any reason. If you cancel your booking more than 31 days before your scheduled arrival, you will receive a full refund if you've paid the entire balance upfront. However, if you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your arrival date, your payment will be forfeited as a cancellation penalty, and you will not be eligible for a refund. The MANDATORY all-inclusive fee, detailed below, must be paid directly to the resort at check-in. This fee is non-refundable should you decide to leave the resort before your departure date. **There is NO option to opt out of this fee.** All-inclusive fee per adult per day $130​ All-inclusive fee per child 3-11 per day $50 There is a mandatory extra supplement for the gala dinners on December 24 and 31. A resort fee of $16 per adult per night is payable directly to the resort. Children ages 3-11 get a 50% discount. Children under 3 are exempt from the all-inclusive and resort fees. Changes to your reservation are subject to availability. To request a change, contact us with details. Check-in: •Check-in time is 3 pm. •All arrivals after midnight due to changed/delayed flights will pay only 50% of the all-inclusive fee for the first night. Any arrivals before midnight pay the total all-inclusive rate as usual. •Check-in will not be permitted if the lead passenger is not present. •A valid photo government-issued identification of each traveler is required to check-in. Check-out: •Check-out is at 11:30 am. •All bracelets and room keys must be returned to reception at check-out in exchange for a check-out ticket, which allows the use of the resort facilities until 3 pm. •For late check-out, you must inquire with the reception during check-in. You are required to wear an ID bracelet during your stay. If you lose your bracelet, a penalty may be charged at the end of your visit. Additional charges may apply for reissued bracelets. An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age at all times. No pets are allowed on the premises. No smoking is allowed anywhere in the resort. A cleaning fee may be charged to noncompliant guests. No unauthorized parties are allowed in the suites, penthouses, and villas. Special events, such as birthday parties and weddings, can be requested via our Event Request form. For in-room gatherings, please inform the front desk of any visitors who will need to be signed in.
